Job Duties

  • Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all accessibility services projects assigned to the individual
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand and abide by individual project instructions
  • Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters
  • Maintain a mindset of make it better at all times and proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest alternatives to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal partners and external vendors globally
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all projects perfectly comply with instructions and quality standards
  • Communicate any issues, problems, caveats, or additional information to sales staff as soon as that information is available
  • Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to, including industry leaders, current events, and other pertinent data
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints, problem solve, and work with QA and management to ensure appropriate systemic changes are implemented
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required
