Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three years of security experience preferably in an access control, concierge, or guard shack role
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
- ability to pass extensive background screening and drug test
- security or state license if required

Job Duties
- Welcome visitors and verify their identity from a guard shack
- manage access control for an apartment complex
- conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks
- inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- respond promptly to incidents and provide first aid when necessary
- coordinate with emergency teams during emergencies
- write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
- ensure overall safety and protection of individuals and property
