Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related supervisory roles
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license where applicable
- physical ability to perform job duties as required
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- proven experience in hotel management or relevant leadership roles
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication and organizational abilities
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
- ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- proficiency in relevant software and management systems
Job Duties
- manage hotel operations and staff effectively
- oversee front office activities and guest services
- direct engineering and maintenance teams
- lead culinary operations and kitchen staff
- develop and implement food and beverage strategies
- plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- coordinate and manage catering sales events
