Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management or related supervisory roles
  • excellent leadership and team management skills
  • strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver's license where applicable
  • physical ability to perform job duties as required

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • proven experience in hotel management or relevant leadership roles
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • proficiency in relevant software and management systems

Job Duties

  • manage hotel operations and staff effectively
  • oversee front office activities and guest services
  • direct engineering and maintenance teams
  • lead culinary operations and kitchen staff
  • develop and implement food and beverage strategies
  • plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • coordinate and manage catering sales events
