Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- related technical diploma preferred
- a comparable combination of education and directly related experience may be considered
- minimum of one year of related experience in an office setting preferred
- courteous and pleasant demeanor with co-workers, students and the general public
- ability to effectively and tactfully communicate in various forms with employees, students and the public at all levels
- ability to follow written and oral instructions
- mature attitude and dependability
- experience using business software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced office environment
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees

Job Duties
- performing general office duties including sending/receiving mail
- serving as primary receptionist
- purchasing/receiving graduation supplies for students and faculty at the Dickson and Clarksville campuses
- performing tasks related to new student orientation, graduation and special industry classes
- providing admissions/enrollment information to students and prospective students
- scheduling and conducting tours for prospective students
- entering data in online student information management system
- ordering, receiving and distributing office supplies for the department
- assisting students with self-registration and surveys
- maintaining the Clarksville Campus scrapbook
- assisting with campus tours and special events, and other duties as assigned
