Job Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including email and phone instructions
- Ability to multi-task multiple issues and work well in a team environment
- Experience troubleshooting technical errors with quick thinking and collaboration
- Self-starter able to learn and manage technology toward established metrics
- Comfortable working in high-activity and high-uncertainty environments
- High degree of initiative, intelligence, and enthusiasm
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in insurance, benefits administration, benefits consulting, SaaS, healthcare, or BPO preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter with ability to learn and retain new technology products and procedures
- Passionate and enthusiastic approach to work
Job Duties
- Drive five-star service experiences through excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Participate in post-implementation calls and ensure proper documentation for ongoing servicing
- Support ACA Implementation Project Manager throughout project lifecycle
- Educate clients on ACA core topics including variable hour tracking, affordability requirements, IRS Codes 6055 and 6056, data exception reporting, and ACA Compliance Concierge usage
- Conduct monthly report review webinars with clients to discuss latest reports, ensure accuracy, and advise on policy changes
- Provide on-demand phone and email support to client IT, HR, and Payroll teams
- Deliver ad hoc news, blog posts, regulation updates, and software enhancement notices
- Coordinate with technical teams on production or software issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
