Job Requirements
- 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
- Availability to work overtime as required
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
Job Qualifications
- 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle stressful and high-pressure situations with composure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Compliance with required certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
