Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in food and beverage customer service
- Previous cash handling experience
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthiness to handle sensitive areas and information
- Willingness to perform side work and maintenance tasks
Job Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience
- Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, and maintain a positive and accommodating attitude
- Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash and perform financial responsibilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency
- Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
- Perform pre and post-shift side work including stocking service station and making coffee
- Handle cash transactions, prepare and deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank
- Interact and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and colleagues
- Access and control sensitive areas in the hotel premises including storage/liquor room
