Moreover, representatives must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical demands of the role include standing, walking, reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting heavy items (up to 55 pounds or more depending on the department). The work environment may expose employees to varying temperatures and noise levels, which necessitates adaptability and resilience.
