Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food production or mixing preferred
  • Ability to read and understand batch tickets
  • Capable of making adjustments to mixing process independently
  • Able to monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues
  • Willingness to work on a production floor with exposure to aromas and dust
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without assistance
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food production or mixing operations preferred
  • Ability to interpret batch tickets and measure ingredients accurately
  • Knowledge of mixing techniques and ingredient interactions
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new work methods and procedures

Job Duties

  • Perform all phases of the mixing operation including knowledge of ingredient locations and types, measuring and weighing processes, reading and understanding batch tickets
  • Adjust water and yeast amounts accurately relative to temperature and humidity with minimal supervision
  • Monitor dough quality constantly, identify problems early and make necessary adjustments
  • Assist in training new mixer operators and keep updated on new work methods and procedures
  • Help in other work areas as directed by the supervisor
  • Perform other activities, special tasks and projects upon manager's request
  • Operate machinery safely while adhering to production floor environment standards
