Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
1 plus years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service
Can read and explain product labels
Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by manager
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year retail sales or customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management
Ability to apply product knowledge training to support customer service
Ability to read and explain product labels
Able to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties

Build relationships and inspire loyalty
Recommend additional and complimentary products
Inform customers of current promotions and events
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
Demonstrate Cosmoprof culture values
