The VIP Attendant role at Graton Resort & Casino is a specialized position that plays a crucial role in redefining hospitality standards within the casino’s VIP lounge and bar areas. VIP Attendants are responsible for managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the VIP lounge and bar, replenishing stock, handling cash transactions through the POS system, and ensuring all guest requests and needs are met promptly and courteously.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must possess good physical stamina
- ability to present, cut, and properly light cigars
- proficiency with cleaning supplies and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or casino bar service
- knowledge of cocktails, wines, and cigars
- familiarity with point of sales systems
- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Serve drinks and food to guests in compliance with company and health department standards
- process transactions accurately using the point of sales system
- perform side work such as retrieving and washing glassware
- maintain the VIP lounge and bar areas
- serve table games in the VIP area
- manage inventory of all bar items and liquor requisitions
