Job Requirements
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs
- Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
- Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
- Capability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Well-organized and self-motivated with a positive team attitude
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Capacity to learn quickly and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
- Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
Job Duties
- Serving customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
- Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
- Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
- Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
- Adhering to safety policies and procedures including security and handling equipment
- Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfilling job requirements for the duration of the shift
- Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
- Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios including measurements utilized in cup design
