Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
Basic English proficiency
Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
Willingness to adhere to safety and health guidelines
Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
Basic understanding of cleaning tools and equipment
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
Willingness to learn and cross-train on different tasks

Job Duties

Clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned
Monitor the buildings security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces
Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and follow SDS
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
Dust furniture and scrub surface clean
Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants
Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time
Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained
Cross-train on other duties or areas as assigned by the Supervisor
