Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
one year of customer service experience
ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
excellent communication and organizational skills
ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision
experience with data entry using Microsoft Excel
willingness to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
one year of customer service experience
excellent communication skills
strong organizational skills
ability to perform quality work with minimal supervision
experience working in an office environment preferred
call center experience preferred
proficiency in data entry using Microsoft Excel

Job Duties

Administer toll and bypass program in its entirety
issue replacement devices, resolving service failures, responsible for inventory of the devices and accurately record data of devices on master spreadsheet
handle toll invoices/violations daily
handle trip and fuel citations
handle payment of Comdata invoices for trip and fuel permits
review equipment files to ensure the information received for data entry is complete and accurate and in accordance with legal standards
handle entire plate registration process, including verifying paperwork, ordering and issuing plate with correct charges, maintaining accurate plate inventory weekly
assist with annual permit renewal (high volume and time sensitive)
