- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Previous barista experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcomes customers with courtesy and ensures their satisfaction, addressing any concerns to supervisors
- Prepares espresso orders according to established recipes and measurements while accommodating customer preferences
- Accurately enters customer orders into the POS device, processing payments in cash or by credit card
- Maintains the cleanliness of the service area, restocking condiments, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Possesses a thorough understanding of daily menu offerings and effectively communicates them to customers
- Creates a fun, elegant atmosphere with amazing colleagues
- Follows all health and safety guidelines consistently
