Job Requirements
- Must have experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail and/or customer service experience required
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and perform face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate and coordinate events with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Create backup or emergency plans for events
- Set up, break down, and clean before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote rewards programs and complete customer enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck un-load, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization and ad set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
- Maintain a positive, respectful attitude and role model behavior
- Participate in daily store cleanliness including sweeping, vacuuming, and restroom maintenance
- Cross train in custom framing sales and production
- Other duties as assigned
