Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to work in varying temperatures including refrigerator and freezer environments
- ability to stand continuously and frequently sit, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse
- frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights
- full-time availability
- prior warehouse supervisory experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
- adherence to company safety and operational standards
- ability to handle personnel matters including training, development, and discipline
- basic computer literacy
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- previous management experience preferred
- combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- demonstrated leadership skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to motivate and develop team members

Job Duties
- Establishes and modifies daily work schedules considering warehouse needs
- coordinates job activities and tasks of direct reports daily and on extended basis
- oversees daily receiving, selection, and shipping of product to stores
- monitors inbound and outbound delivery processes for compliance
- develops and implements action plans to improve operations
- communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations
- models company strategy and core values to foster teamwork
- interacts effectively with peers and other operational areas
- communicates with district and store management
- monitors all companies providing service within the warehouse
- ensures communication with carriers regarding schedule changes
- monitors local competitive environment and informs management
- recommends personnel for advancement and termination
- addresses warehouse issues and escalates concerns appropriately
- oversees warehouse personnel activities ensuring effectiveness and efficiency
- leads and facilitates personnel meetings
- trains and develops direct reports
- provides feedback and coaching including annual performance reviews
- supervises storage of products, supplies, and equipment
- ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, maintenance, and safety guidelines
- monitors adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
- manages controllable expenses and payroll adjustments
- supervises shipping plans and facilitates order changes
- determines involuntary terminations with management consultation
- ensures safe environment by rectifying hazards and maintaining equipment
- manages compliance with company policies and procedures
- other duties as assigned
