Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent is preferable
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work around heat and in close quarters
  • Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably
  • Ability to use various cleaning products
  • Follow all company policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
  • Adhere to safety, security and emergency policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Enrollment in high school or high school diploma or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, guests and co-workers
  • Ability to work well with others as a team
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative

Job Duties

  • Follow all guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure super-star service
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • Clean and stock station area(s)
  • Prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards
  • Handle food products following company food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Follow crew person training program steps to learn new skills
  • Communicate with immediate supervisor for additional training or guidance needed
