Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior supervisory experience
  • ability to work overnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • must be able to obtain airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
  • knowledge of safety practices and procedures
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • physical ability to perform required duties including walking and standing for extended periods
  • ability to maintain compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team
  • experience working in parking or valet operations preferred
  • valid driver's license required
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
  • good communication skills both written and verbal
  • meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff
  • answer phones
  • provide customer services assistance
  • replenish tickets
  • maintain contract specifications
  • maintain service quantity and quality to client and the company
  • perform safety audits
  • check all work on a nightly and turn in completion reports
  • train new staff and oversee on-going training of existing employees in proper methods and use of equipment, safety practices, and regulations
  • perform daily quality control inspections
  • assist in safety programs follow-through by Branch Safety Coordinators to ensure compliance with all safety policies
  • be aware of the fundamentals of good personnel management, understand and use proper personnel management skills to resolve problems with personnel
  • ensure area is in compliance with all State and Federal guidelines as well as company policies
  • perform other duties as assigned or requested
