ABM's comprehensive approach ensures tailored services that comply with federal, state, and local regulations, supporting client objectives efficiently and effectively.
The Supervisor role within ABM focuses on overseeing the parking and valet operations to ensure that company standards and contractual obligations are consistently met. This is a nighttime shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM and offers a pay rate of $27 per hour, recognizing that final offers depend on the candidate's experience, education, skills, and geographic location. The supervisor plays a critical leadership role by supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This position is essential to maintaining smooth operational performance within budgeted labor and expense limits while delivering exceptional customer service. Besides managing team members and daily operations, the supervisor is also responsible for training staff, performing safety audits, ensuring contract specifications, and executing quality control measures to uphold ABM's high standards.

The supervisor will also be expected to interact professionally with customers, answer phones, replenish tickets, and manage reporting duties such as nightly completion reports and compliance documentation. Besides routine supervisory responsibilities, this position demands keen attention to detail regarding safety programs and federal and state guidelines, especially considering the airport-related requirements such as SIDA badge and Customs Seal compliance. Candidates who have experience leading teams in similar operational environments and possess valid driver’s licenses are preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) are essential for managing administrative tasks and maintaining clear documentation.
