With over 60 communities nationwide, RLC offers a supportive and resort-style environment, making it a leader in the senior living industry. The company prides itself on its strong core values: Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence. These values guide every interaction and service provided within their communities. RLC's mission stretches beyond simply offering housing; it focuses on building a warm and welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued, cared for, and part of a tight-knit family. The company's commitment to a purpose-driven approach fosters an environment where employees are motivated to contribute positively every day and make a true difference in the lives of their residents.
The role of the 3rd Shift Concierge at RLC is integral to ensuring the community remains safe, secure, and well-maintained during overnight hours. This full-time position requires individuals to be attentive, dependable, and proactive in managing various tasks that support the smooth operation of the community through the night. Responsibilities include maintaining exceptional cleanliness, overseeing safety and emergency protocols, providing courteous customer service, and supporting administrative and operational functions. The 3rd Shift Concierge serves as the eyes and ears of the community when most others are resting, ensuring that the environment is peaceful and ready for a fresh day. This role is ideal for candidates who find joy in helping others, pride themselves on delivering excellent service, and enjoy creating peace of mind for residents and guests alike.
Working Thursday through Monday from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, the concierge will valet park vehicles safely, monitor building systems including fire alarms, respond calmly to emergencies, and perform detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, refreshing shared spaces, and maintaining the indoor pond and coffee machines. Additional duties include assisting with event setups, managing room-service requests, scheduling transportation, and providing responsible alcohol service during gatherings. Effective communication skills in English are essential, as is the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and collaborate within a team environment. RLC’s culture emphasizes respect, kindness, and excellence, encouraging team members to uphold high standards of professionalism and care throughout their shift.
Full-time employees enjoy numerous benefits, including competitive compensation, the ability to access pay anytime, and a substantial $341 per pay period benefit stipend that can be allocated towards health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, and other protective plans. Paid time off and a 401(k) plan with employer match are also part of the benefits package, supporting both immediate needs and future financial security. This well-rounded benefits offering highlights RLC's dedication to the well-being and satisfaction of its employees.
Joining Resort Lifestyle Communities means becoming part of a community that values a servant-hearted approach and strives for happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. If you are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, and are committed to supporting an exceptional senior living community, this role offers a meaningful and rewarding career opportunity. Apply today to bring your servant heart to a place that feels like family and help us continue to make a difference every day.
