Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • at least 21 years of age
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • able to remain awake and alert during overnight hours
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • physically able to move tables and furniture, lift approximately 25 pounds, and operate janitorial equipment
  • comfortable calling emergency personnel when necessary

  • able to remain awake and alert throughout the night to quickly respond to emergencies
  • at least 21 years of age
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred
  • able to move tables and furniture periodically, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds, and operate janitorial equipment
  • previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
  • experience working overnight hours preferred

Job Duties

  • perform housekeeping and custodial duties in common areas to prepare and organize the community for the upcoming day
  • monitor and respond to emergencies such as the resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and the fire alarm panel
  • call emergency personnel, including 911, when appropriate
  • assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, and performing assorted cleaning
  • serve as the sole go-to person of the community during the 3rd shift and provide support to residents while preparing the community for the upcoming day
  • live by the core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
