Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or security preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • manage access to the building for visitors, vendors, and contractors
  • monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the property and garage
  • respond to resident inquiries and coordinate service requests
  • maintain amenity and meeting room reservations
  • receive, log, and deliver packages using Building Link
  • support residents with light services such as grocery and key assists, valet parking, and dog-walking escorts upon request
  • execute emergency procedures and notify proper authorities when necessary
  • maintain clear and detailed shift logs and incident reports
  • collaborate with management on special projects and assist with new team member training
