The role of the 3rd Party Warehouse Coordinator, reporting to the Distribution Manager, is crucial in managing all transactions and inventories across multiple Spices warehouse locations in the United States. This position acts as a key liaison among customer operations, transportation, sales, and the product line, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication across departments. The coordinator's responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inventory, reviewing orders for accuracy, scheduling warehouse operations with the transportation team, and producing detailed reports for inventory management and audit support. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands efficiently are essential qualities for success in this role. Additionally, the coordinator is expected to assist with invoice approvals, training, and other departmental functions as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain operations. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.75 to $25.28 in the state of California, reflective of experience and geographic considerations.
