Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Two years of related experience in domestic and international transportation
- Ability to create and present required information to internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Ability to solve complex problems and present clear and efficient solutions
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of freight movement via air, ocean, rail, and truck
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- SAP experience preferred

Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory from origin to 3rd party warehouse to customer for all Spices customers
- Review daily inbound and outbound orders to ensure accurate inventory records in both 3rd Party Warehouse system and PLEX system
- Work with Transportation team to assist with 3rd party warehouse scheduling for outbound and inbound activities
- Prepare weekly inventory reports and month end reconciliations, inclusive of review of aging inventory
- Assist with audit support by providing documentation as requested for monthly, quarterly and year end needs
- Review and approve 3rd party warehouse invoices
- Coordinate status and completions, provide training as needed
- Assist in all other department functions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
