Staffing is a significant part of this position, requiring the manager to recruit, train, and mentor assistant managers and hourly employees effectively. Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversees and manages all areas of the restaurant and makes final decisions on matters of importance
  • Ensures that all PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into day-to-day operations
  • Responsible for development and achievement of the restaurant game plan by working with district and general managers
  • Ensures guest service meets company standards
  • Responds to customer complaints promptly and appropriately to ensure satisfaction
  • Works with local chambers and schools to increase restaurant sales
  • Staffs, trains, and develops assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, and performance reviews
  • Manages staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage for all shifts and sales volumes
  • Manages restaurant P&L to optimize profit and controls costs including COGS, labor, and semi-fixed expenses
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by district managers
  • Manages entire operation through development and growth of staff, sales, and profitability to meet goals
  • Ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintains positive working relationships with team members to foster a cooperative and pleasant workplace climate
