Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist residents and guests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer and direct calls, take accurate messages, and support resident requests
  • Monitor security cameras, patrol common areas and parking garage, and follow all safety and emergency protocols
  • Manage package deliveries, food deliveries, and contractor/vendor access
  • Support residents with amenity reservations, grocery/package assistance, valet parking, and light concierge services
  • Maintain detailed shift logs and communicate daily activities with team members
  • Assist with inspections, reporting, and documenting incidents or property issues
  • Provide support for special projects and help train new team members when needed
