Job Requirements

Must be able to lift boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs daily
Must be able to lift boxes that weigh up to 30 lbs to a height of 78 inches daily
Must be able to push wheeled cases weighing in excess of 300 lbs with initial force of up to 50 lbs and a sustained force up to 30 lbs daily
Must be able to stand, reach above and below shoulders, squat, bend, and kneel as necessary
Must tolerate work in a non-air conditioned environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust
Must accurately follow specific instructions for multiple detailed assembly processes

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
Strong team player and ability to get along with co-workers
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to read documents in English such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Basic experience and familiarity with fundamental capabilities of computers and communication systems

Job Duties

Demonstrate proficiency and effectiveness in functions of warehouse associate level one including fair production, returns, fulfillment of customer orders, scanner use, replenishment, corrugate assembly, truck unload, pulling restocks, pricing, repacking, and replenishment put away
Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy, and quality standards for all work performed
Follow all safety policies, processes, and procedures
Ensure work area is neat, clean, safe, and organized
Operate motorized pallet jacks upon successful completion of the powered equipment program
Work on temporary projects associated with other position descriptions for development
Maintain professional and positive relationships with co-workers and customers
