Job Requirements

Flexible availability to work various shifts
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds
Ability to push/pull with a force up to 20 pounds
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to manipulate objects
Compliance with ADA requirements and ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail and customer service experience preferred
Experience as a sales associate or cashier
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform tasks at a quick pace while maintaining accuracy
Problem-solving skills and creativity in customer interactions
Willingness to learn and advance in your career

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Run the register and handle cashier duties
Make purchase suggestions to customers
Assist with the store's food program
Maintain store appearance both inside and outside
Provide fast and friendly service
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
