Job Description

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a rapidly growing, family-owned company that is dedicated to serving seniors across more than 60 communities nationwide. With a commitment rooted in core values such as Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence, RLC creates a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for both its residents and employees. The company operates resort-style communities that combine beautiful living spaces with high-quality services to ensure that seniors enjoy comfort, dignity, and fulfillment in their daily lives. RLC prides itself on a culture centered around four essential goals: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations, which all work together to deliver an exceptional experience.

As a 2nd Shift Concierge at Resort Lifestyle Communities, you will play a crucial role as the welcoming face of the community, serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests during the afternoon and evening hours. This hands-on and dynamic position requires someone who is friendly, professional, and adaptable – able to provide exceptional customer service while simultaneously overseeing operational tasks at the front desk and responding to a variety of community needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, responding promptly to emergency situations, and supporting a variety of functions including valet parking, reception duties, building security, and event assistance.

Working from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Thursday through Monday, this role demands a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to both resident and community needs. The concierge is responsible for maintaining a positive first impression by delivering valet parking services, greeting visitors warmly, managing telephone communications, and ensuring building safety systems are monitored effectively. Additionally, supporting dining services during peak times, assisting with room service requests, and handling administrative duties such as scheduling transportation and maintaining accurate records are essential components of this role.

Resort Lifestyle Communities offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes access to wages at any time, a per-pay-period stipend toward health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, health and flexible spending accounts, accident and hospital indemnity plans, legal and identity theft protection, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. This full-time position presents an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization where your contributions truly make a difference in the lives of seniors, supported by a leadership team that values and cares for its employees. If you have a servant’s heart and are looking for a position in a family-like, resort-style environment, this role offers both professional growth and personal fulfillment.
