The company is driven by its core values of Respect, Honesty, Kindness & Compassion, and Service Excellence, all of which underpin its commitment to creating welcoming and supportive communities for seniors and their families. At RLC, employees are valued as much as residents, fostering a culture centered around servant-hearted teamwork, with a shared goal of ensuring happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. RLC clearly prioritizes an inclusive, purpose-driven work environment where every staff member has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those they serve.
The 2nd Shift Concierge role at Resort Lifestyle Communities is a dynamic, hands-on position that places you at the heart of the community as the welcoming face and main point of contact during the second shift hours of 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Thursday through Monday. In this role, you will actively engage with residents, families, and guests, providing outstanding customer service, answering calls, and attending to residents' needs. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to communicate effectively in English. Candidates must also meet local alcohol service requirements and obtain food handler permits shortly after hire.
At RLC, the 2nd Shift Concierge is instrumental to the community’s smooth operation and resident satisfaction, making it a fulfilling opportunity for candidates passionate about senior care and hospitality. This full-time role offers competitive compensation with a $341 benefit stipend per pay period, which can be applied toward health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, health savings accounts, and other valuable employee benefits.
