Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with public interaction and multitasking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
  • Take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
  • Able to de-escalate critical situations
  • Seeking opportunity to serve seniors
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong knowledge of the local community preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties

  • Assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, and performing cleaning
  • Provide a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing multiple roles
  • Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members, including vendor deliveries
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency call systems, life safety systems, and fire alarms
  • Call emergency personnel when appropriate
  • Live by the core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
