Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with public interaction and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to respond calmly to emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- Comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
- Take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- Able to de-escalate critical situations
- Seeking opportunity to serve seniors
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong knowledge of the local community preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
Job Duties
- Assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in dining room during peak meal times, and performing cleaning
- Provide a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing multiple roles
- Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members, including vendor deliveries
- Monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency call systems, life safety systems, and fire alarms
- Call emergency personnel when appropriate
- Live by the core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
