Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain current driver license and clean driving record
  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • able to move tables and furniture and lift approximately 25 pounds
  • able to take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • eager to serve seniors and positively impact their lives
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • strong knowledge of the local community preferred
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties

  • Assist in interacting with residents and guests
  • answer the phone
  • support marketing and administrative tasks
  • assist with events
  • help in dining room during peak meal times
  • perform assorted cleaning
  • provide a lasting first impression as the go-to-person
  • anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency calls, building life safety systems, and fire alarms
  • call emergency personnel when appropriate
  • live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
