Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
maintain current driver license and clean driving record
high school diploma or equivalent required
able to move tables and furniture and lift approximately 25 pounds
able to take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
able to de-escalate critical situations
eager to serve seniors and positively impact their lives
able to multi-task and meet deadlines
intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
strong knowledge of the local community preferred
previous customer service or hospitality experience

Job Duties

Assist in interacting with residents and guests
answer the phone
support marketing and administrative tasks
assist with events
help in dining room during peak meal times
perform assorted cleaning
provide a lasting first impression as the go-to-person
anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members
monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency calls, building life safety systems, and fire alarms
call emergency personnel when appropriate
live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
