Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift about 25 pounds
  • take initiative and be independent problem solver
  • able to de-escalate critical situations
  • able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
  • strong knowledge of local community preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to residents and guests
  • interact with residents and guests, answer phones, assist with marketing and administrative tasks
  • assist with community events and dining room support during peak meal times
  • perform assorted cleaning tasks
  • monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel
  • anticipate needs of residents, guests, team members, and vendors
  • maintain a positive and welcoming environment reflecting company core values
