We are actively seeking motivated Assemblers and Installers to join our team as independent contractors. This role involves delivering and assembling our outdoor wooden structures at various customer locations within your assigned region. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to set your own schedule and determine how much you work, offering an excellent opportunity to maximize your earning potential and work-life balance. On average, our assemblers earn up to $500 per day, with pay rates ranging from $250 to $350 per day, complemented by daily pay and mileage compensation.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have handyman skills or a mechanical aptitude. The role requires reliable transportation such as a truck, van, full-size SUV, or trailer capable of carrying boxed kits up to 8 feet in length. Basic hand tools and a smartphone are necessary to perform assembly and communicate effectively. Moreover, candidates must carry valid auto insurance and general liability insurance, supporting the independent contractor status and ensuring safety and compliance on the job.
