Job Requirements
- Availability from June to August 2026

- Ability to participate in mandatory Koi Fest preparation and event week
- Reliable transportation to onsite locations
- Ability to work Tuesday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Willingness to work additional hours during event periods
- Professional demeanor and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- College student or recent graduate aged 18 or older
- Interest in business, event planning, aquatics, landscaping, retail, marketing, or customer service
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to the full duration of the internship
- Passion for animals, outdoor work, or event environments
Job Duties
- Participate in department shadowing and hands-on learning
- Assist with planning, documentation, and execution of projects
- Support Koi Fest planning, setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
- Collaborate with fellow interns and FFP team members
- Contribute to social media content and digital outreach
- Learn basic koi care and aquatics knowledge
- Attend FFP professional development workshops throughout the program
- Represent FFP brand at public-facing events in a professional, positive manner
