This exciting role as a Corporate Partnerships Associate within the Florida Operations Team is designed for individuals who are passionate about sports, sales, and relationship building. The position is a temporary role running from August 3, 2026, to April 30, 2027, aligning with the critical Spring Training season. The associate will play a pivotal role in nurturing and fulfilling partnerships that enhance the experience at JetBlue Park. This includes managing high-profile corporate accounts, ensuring the execution of contractual assets, and actively prospecting new partnership opportunities in the Southwest Florida region. The role demands a hands-on approach in event organization, VIP guest engagement, and delivering a first-class experience for partners through meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Corporate Partnerships Associate will also handle practical aspects like maintaining asset databases, coordinating digital ticketing, and contributing creative solutions for in-game promotions and partner recaps. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced sports environment while contributing to the success of a world-renowned baseball team.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in college or university junior year or higher
  • Passionate about sales and partnership development
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with VIP guests and partners
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Innovative and well-organized with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
  • Strong passion and commitment to customer service
  • Experience working in fast-paced and frequently changing environments
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook or Office preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player able to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Experience with Canva and ProVenue or other ticketing systems preferred
  • College credit available if needed for graduation
  • Eligibility begins junior year or later

Job Duties

  • Maintain database for partnership assets including signage, print, promotions, tickets, hospitality and special events
  • Prospect and develop new corporate partnership opportunities in Southwest Florida
  • Assist building sales proposals and preparing sales contracts
  • Coordinate and execute partnership fulfillment for Spring Training partners
  • Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests, Corporate Partners, and internal departments
  • Execute pre-game VIP tours and escort partners around JetBlue Park
  • Manage confirmation and tracking of digital ticketing orders for partners
  • Maintain a photography database for partnership-related inventory and deliver images to guests post Spring Training
  • Handle and execute in-game giveaways
  • Create end-of-season partner recaps
