The role also emphasizes teamwork and communication, requiring interaction with multiple sub-committees and contributing to major event preparations, including the Capital One Orange Bowl Host Committee activities. Those in the role will experience the full cycle of event management, from initial planning stages through to event day execution, including logistics such as transportation coordination and hospitality setup.

This role also offers exposure to community outreach initiatives such as the Orange Bowl Youth Sports Program, including the 'Park of the Week,' adding a meaningful community engagement component. Candidates will have opportunities to develop leadership skills by managing junior hosts and participating in the development and editing of important event documentation and manuals.
