Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of paid caregiving experience for seniors
- valid home care aide (HCA) number
- ability to commute to or relocate to Riverside, CA
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- valid home care aide (HCA) certification
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle physical demands of caregiving

- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- provide personal care and assistance to elderly clients
- assist with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility
- administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions
- prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- offer companionship and support mental wellness
- maintain accurate records of care provided
- communicate effectively with clients and family members
