Job Description
We are a dedicated caregiving organization committed to providing compassionate and professional care to the elderly in the Riverside, CA area. Our primary mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by offering personalized support, dignity, and companionship through our team of skilled caregivers. Whether it's assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, or ensuring a safe home environment, our caregivers play a vital role in enabling seniors to live comfortably and independently for as long as possible. As a well-respected employer in the healthcare services industry, we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment that values the contributions of every team member and promotes continuous professional growth. Our employment offerings include both full-time and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our caregivers' health and well-being.
We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing dedicated care to elderly clients across a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and overnight. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of paid, verifiable experience in senior care to ensure they possess the necessary skills and dedication to meet the unique needs of our clients. The scope of this caregiving position includes assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility support, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship activities that promote mental and emotional wellness. The ideal caregiver possesses not only hands-on caregiving experience but also a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of seniors, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times.
Our caregivers will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts tailored to their preferences and availability, including 4-hour, 8-hour, day, evening, night, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts. We emphasize work-life balance and support our team with paid training to advance their skills. Additionally, our package of benefits includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick time, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a flexible schedule to accommodate personal commitments. Successful candidates will be required to hold a valid Home Care Aide (HCA) number and must be able to commute or relocate to Riverside, CA, as all work is conducted in-person to ensure direct and personal interactions with our clients.
Joining our caregiving team means becoming part of a community that cares deeply about seniors' well-being and strives to provide exceptional care while fostering professional development. If you are a compassionate caregiver who meets the experience and certification requirements and seeks a rewarding career in elder care, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team that truly values your contribution to improving seniors' lives.
