Job Duties
- Operate die-cutting, printing, welding, and testing equipment
- assist with assembly, inspection, and quality control throughout the manufacturing process
- cut plastic sheets to precise dimensions using a die-cut machine
- run materials through printing lines using conductive ink and verify print quality via computer testing
- weld red and black wires to designated areas using automated and manual welding tools, followed by UV curing
- assemble components, including bonding clear and black sheets with high accuracy and no contaminants
- perform final inspections using computerized testing to identify defects before shipment
