Campbell Soup Company’s Packaging Department is currently offering an opportunity for a 1st Shift Production Helper/GBH to join their Biscuit Operation team. This role is based on the day shift, running typically from 6:35 AM to 2:45 PM with some flexibility depending on production schedules. The base pay for this position is $25.34 per hour. The 1st Shift Production Helper/GBH will be responsible for a wide range of tasks within the packaging and production areas of the Biscuit Operation. This includes performing various packaging duties and temporarily stepping into roles within Mixing, Make-up, and Packaging to cover job vacancies as scheduled by supervision. The role demands flexibility, including shifts between Cracker and Cookie Operations, as well as covering both Processing and Packaging areas. The helper will also be tasked with sanitation responsibilities and is required to operate equipment such as lift trucks and powered pallet jacks.

Mechanical aptitude is a valued skill for this position since it may require relieving machine set-up duties. The role supports all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. Production Helpers may serve as 5S Leaders, actively participate in daily and weekly audits, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
