Delaware North Sportservice is currently seeking a part-time Cook to join the team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position offers an hourly wage of $17.00 and represents an excellent opportunity for culinary professionals looking to advance their careers in a challenging and rewarding environment. As a Cook, you will play a critical role in the kitchen by demonstrating leadership and culinary expertise. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Minimum of six months of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food service position preferred
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
  • Familiarity and experience with knife handling are preferred
  • Ability to communicate with others and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
  • ability to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more, reach up to seven feet, bend, and squat
  • Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift in moderate to high noise levels
  • Manual ability to chop, mix, blend, whip a variety of foods and liquids, and operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare food to comply with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring proper food temperatures are maintained, food is stored correctly, the freshness and quality of all menu items are maintained, and packages all products to proper specifications
  • Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • Use waste control guidelines and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory
