Spec's is currently seeking dedicated and energetic Store Drivers who are guest-focused and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service. This role is a full-time position typically requiring availability for 5 to 6 days a week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands flexibility and a customer-oriented mindset, as drivers play a vital role in the smooth operation of the company’s delivery network.
The Store Driver will be responsible for delivering transfers and guest orders not only to other company locations but also directly to customers’ homes. While a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is not required, experience in local route delivery is advantageous. Drivers must be capable of loading merchandise for transport and unloading it upon delivery while maintaining excellent communication skills to provide the best possible customer service.
Beyond handling deliveries, the role requires physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, push, pull, and use a dolly to move merchandise safely and efficiently. Prospective candidates must be at least 21 years old and must either have or obtain a valid Texas Driver’s License within 90 days of employment due to Texas state laws and insurance company regulations.
