Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 lbs, push, bend, walk, keyboard, and use telephone for extended periods
- Must be endorsed by current leader for internal transfers, promotions, or rehires
- Rehires must be approved by HRBP
- May be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and responsible individual
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and register operations
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas and Starbucks
- Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning, and dusting as needed
- Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
