Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
- Must provide responsible alcohol service
- Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must verify identification and age requirements of guests
- Able to handle guests’ payments and operate POS system
- Must provide reliable and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain a liquor license in the state of Indiana
- Prior foodservice experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a POS system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to learn and provide exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly with 'Margaritas today?' and provide fresh chips and salsa
- Card guests under the age of 40
- Provide a fiesta experience for our guests
- Serve our guests quickly and efficiently
- Be a team player
- Make our guests say 'WOW...That was a fun, wacky, unexpected, unforgettable, experience!'
- Deliver guests’ food hot and fresh from the kitchen
- Read the guest and deliver the experience they want on this visit
- Suggestive sell specials and extras
- Perform sidework and cleaning duties
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked area
