Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Current leader recommendation required for internal transfers, promotions, or rehires
- Approval from Human Resources Business Partner for rehires
- Ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, push, keyboard, use telephone, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Willingness to accept part-time positions if full-time is unavailable
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and responsible with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payment methods
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be 21 years of age for positions serving alcohol
- Willingness to work part-time or flexible shifts as required
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas' and Starbucks
- Operate a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- Assist all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
