The role of Concierge Specialist at Factual Data is a salaried, full-time position reporting directly to the SVP of Process Improvement. This remote position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers an annual salary ranging between $87,000 and $89,000. As a Concierge Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison for new prospects and existing clients, ensuring they receive a seamless and positive experience during onboarding, product adoption, and account expansion phases. You will coordinate closely with both client teams and internal departments to manage new account setups, facilitate product activations, and provide ongoing support.

This role goes beyond traditional customer service by acting as a strategic partner in client success, helping clients understand and maximize the use of Factual Data's tools and products. The Concierge Specialist conducts discovery and workflow calls, leads post-launch follow-ups within 90 days to gather feedback, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve client experience and operational efficiency. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and creatively to solve challenges. The role demands a proactive approach, engaging with clients to encourage product adoption and providing quick and effective solutions in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Candidates for this role should be comfortable working remotely and demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn, including the use of AI tools and emerging technologies. The position requires stable high-speed internet, teleconferencing capabilities, and a quiet workspace. Physical demands include regular communication, occasional light lifting, and possible travel within the USA when needed. Job Duties

  • Act as the main point of contact for new prospects transitioning into Factual Data’s client base
  • Serve as a key partner to the Account Advisory team for coordinating product activations and onboarding
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal requests
  • Plan and lead discovery and workflow calls with clients and internal teams
  • Conduct post-launch follow-up meetings within the first 90 days
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain clear communication
  • Think strategically and creatively to troubleshoot challenges
  • Deliver high level customer service reflecting company’s commitment to client success
  • Encourage client adoption and understanding of products and tools
