The Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is a pivotal role within this dynamic company, serving as a key expert and steward in the beauty industry, specifically in hair color and texture. This role champions the company's status as a dominant player in the color category by combining deep technical expertise, talent development, social media savvy, business acumen, and sales capability. As a Color & Curl Concierge, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through developing strong customer retention and loyalty, nurturing lasting client relationships, and expanding brand awareness and market share in the hair color segment. This position is not only sales-focused but also deeply educational, requiring continuous learning and certification in color and curl/textural knowledge. You will act as a trusted consultant not only to retail customers but also to professional beauty salons, barbershops, spas, beauty schools, and licensed cosmetologists.
