Job Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner
  • Team player
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check, non-DOT physical

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Handle reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limousines for inbound aircraft
  • Process fuel invoices accurately and timely
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
  • Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Resolve conflicts and problems with appropriate escalation when necessary
