The role of a Meat Team Member within our store is both essential and dynamic. This role requires the proper use and maintenance of department tools and equipment, from knives to grinders and wrapping machines, with an emphasis on safety precautions.

In addition, the Meat Team Member will be involved in inventory control and merchandising, helping to control product shrink and expenses through precise handling techniques. They will also be responsible for ensuring the meat counter and service areas are clean, orderly, and well-stocked to meet customer demands and support a smooth operational flow.
