Zea Rotisserie & Bar, established in 1997 by chefs Gary Darling, Hans Limburg, and Greg Reggio—collectively known as "The Taste Buds"—is a polished-casual restaurant offering a unique dining experience. It blends classic American fare with international flavors.

The menu features signature items such as rotisserie meats, roasted corn grits, and Thai ribs, reflecting the chefs' diverse culinary influences. Zea has expanded its presence with multiple locations across the Greater New Orleans Area and beyond.

In addition to Zea, The Taste Buds developed Semolina, an Italian restaurant known for its innovative pasta dishes. It operated for nearly three decades before closing in 2020.

However, in 2021, Semolina's classic dishes became available exclusively through delivery, letting fans enjoy favorites like Shrimp Roban, Mac and Cheesecake, Chicken Parmesan, Double Cheeseburger Pasta, and Chicken Enchilada Pasta at home.
