Zax Nevada

Zax Nevada LLC is a franchisee of Zaxby's, a renowned fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in Southern-inspired cuisine. Established by seasoned industry professionals Royce Chow and Jie Zhou, Zax Nevada LLC has been instrumental in introducing Zaxby's to the Las Vegas area.

The inaugural Zaxby's location in Las Vegas opened on April 14, 2025, at 5290 Blue Diamond Rd. This 2,600-square-foot restaurant features a Modern Farmhouse design, accommodating 50 dine-in guests and offering a drive-thru for convenient service.

The interior showcases Zaxby's signature colors, logo, and sauce-inspired art, creating an inviting atmosphere for patrons.

Menu and Offerings

Zaxby's menu is celebrated for its fresh, made-to-order Chicken Fingerz™ and wings, tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces.

Other popular offerings include Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries and Fried Pickles.

Customers can place orders online via the Zaxby's website or mobile app for curbside pickup, and delivery is available through multiple platforms.

Expansion and Locations

In June 2025, Zax Nevada LLC expanded its presence with a second Las Vegas location at 2210 E Craig Rd North.

This restaurant also spans 2,600 square feet, offering 30 dine-in seats and a drive-thru.

The grand opening event on July 8, 2025, featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and included exclusive giveaways and prizes for attendees.
